said its subsidiaries Asia Aqua-culture Sdn and CP Merchandis-ing Co had increased capital.Asia Aquaculture, a shrimp farming and processing plant in Malaysia, increased its registered capital from 50 million ringgit (Bt510 million) to 100 million ringgit. The proceeds will be used to expand capacity of its shrimp integration project in Malaysia.
CP Merchandising, an investment and international trading firm, raised its registered capital from Bt1.85 billion to Bt9 billion. The funds raised will be used for capital restructuring from CPF's loans.
