Finance Minister Thirachai Phuvanatnaranubala is not ready to back an idea for opening a casino in the country, according to the outgoing director-general of the Government Lottery Office, Wanchai Surakul.

He argued that currently Thais visit casinos in other countries, causing money to flow out of the country.</font></font></span></p>
