S Khon Kaen undergoes shareholding change

S. Khon Kaen Foods Plc reported today that its major shareholder Metro Agro Industry Co Ltd unloaded nearly all shares to Patana Khanthacha on Oct 13.
Metro Agro Industry was the third largest shareholder with 1.05 million shares or 13.01 per cent of voting shares.
In a statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, S. Khon Kaen said that despite the change in shareholding structure, the company's management policy remains unchanged. It has not yet been approached by the new major shareholder.
