The Bank of Thailand does not declare any special bank holiday, though the government allows civil servants to take days off on Oct 27-28 and Oct 31.

"To ensure the smooth continuation of economic activities, the Bank of Thailand, in consultation with Thai commercial banks and branches of foreign commercial banks, announces that there will be no special bank holiday," it said in a statement.
During the days, the Stock Exchange of Thailand will also remain open. SET President Charamporn Jotikasthira assured all that full preparation is in place to ensure no disruptions in share trading, though floods ravage several areas of Bangkok.
