Subhak Siwaraksa, President and CEO of CIMB Thai Bank, leads CIMB Thai staff to express their gratitude in 5 languages to CIMB staff from 5 countries who raised money to help employees in Thailand who are suffering from flooding.
Staff in other four countries - Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Cambodia - have raised nearly Bt1 million and more money keeps coming in.
“On behalf of CIMB Thai, I would like to thank you for all donations to help flood-affected CIMB Thai staff. And thank you for making us realise how warm it is to be part of CIMB family.”
At the same time, the bank has provided rescue bags and drinking water to flood victims in many provinces. It has partnered with Habitat for Humanity International to raise funds for boats, rescue efforts and habitat improvement. To make a donation, transfer money to a savings account number 053-2-23644. To date, donation has reached Bt500,000.
