THAI as airline of the year to the Far East
Thai Airways International (THAI) has won for the second year running 'Airline of the year to the Far East' in the 2011 Travel Agents Choice Awards at this year's World Travel Market (WTM) in ExCel, London.
Krittaphon Chantalitanon, vice president from THAI’s Product & Service Development Department, said "THAI is honoured to receive this award for the second-year running. We are always looking at ways to better our service and are currently implementing on-going retrofitting projects to a number of aircrafts to create higher customer satisfaction and to improve THAI’s overall competitiveness."
THAI recently joined more than 5,000 exhibitors from over 189 countries and regions worldwide at the ExCel Centre in London.
