Inter Far East Engineering announced that Eastern Printing (EPCO) had submitted a letter of intent to acquire the business of IFEC Green, a subsidiary of Inter Far East Engineering.
EPCO is currently in the due diligence process of IFEC Green’s business.
WORKPOINT ENTERTAINMENT reported consolidated net profit of Bt96.66 million in the third quarter of this year, up from Bt53.61 million in the same period last year.
