CIMB-Principal Asset Management has appointed Jessada Sookdhis, as chief investment officer (CIO) who will be charge of fund management, research, and dealing functions across all investment products including equity, fixed income, derivatives, and global



 Prior to joining the firm, he started his career in investment management at UOB Asset Management, where he managed equity and fixed income investment portfolios. In 2005, he joined Ayudhya JF Asset Management, part of JPMorgan Group, and afterward renamed to Krungsri Asset Management as a change in its major shareholder. Most recently, he led SCB Asset Management's actively-managed fixed income investment team, with approximately Bt100 Billion of asset under management.
 He holds a bachelor degree in economics from Thammasat University and master degree in business and managerial economics from Chulalongkorn University.
