BANGKOK DUSIT MEDICAL SERVICES has submitted a tender offer for the remaining 2.86-per-cent stake, or 66.87 million common shares, in Prasit Patana at Bt4.57 a share.
Bangkok Dusit currently owns 97.14 per cent, or 2.27 billion shares, in Prasit Patana. The tender offer period is from today to April 11. Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) is acting as the financial adviser.
STP&I has signed a contract for construction of onshore liquefied-natural-gas facilities through module assembly in Thailand and export for installation in Australia. The contract, worth US$739 million (more than Bt22.8 billion), runs from this month through September 2015.
MANDARIN HOTEL will be closed for renovation for the rest of the year from the end of this month and will be ready for operation next January, according to a regulatory filing. The company’s annual income from Mandarin Hotel, on Rama IV Road in Bangkok, accounts for 57.78 per cent of total income. It will continue to generate income from the Mandarin Golden Valley Resort in Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima province.
