Six companies join HK roadshow

Six listed companies join today's roadshow in Hong Kong, hosted by Tisco Securities and Deutsche Bank.



 Joining the "DB Access Thailand Corporate Day" roadshow at the Island Shangri-la Hotel where 157 institutional investors attended are PTT Plc, PTT Exploration and Production Plc, Bangkok Bank Plc, Thai Oil Plc, Thai Union Frozen Products Plc, and Tisco Financial Group Plc. Their combined market capitalisation accounts for one fourth of the Thai stock exchange's.
 Attending the roadshow were also Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Kittiratt Na-Ranong and Stock Exchange of Thailand President Charamporn Jotikasthira.
 "The response is positive, thanks to Thailand's positive economic outlook and increasing political stability. These are good signs that investors may invest more in Thai shares," said Paiboon Nalinthrangkurn, CEO of Tisco Securities.
 He added that the investors had group and one-on-one meetings with the listed companies' chiefs, to get updates on the business outlook in the next 6-12 months.
