&nbsp;According to SRT Governor Yuthana Thapcharoen, all retailers are required to pay the upfront fee of Bt50,000 and then subjected to the monthly rent of Bt3,157 for a period of three years. 
	&nbsp;The contract can be renewed for every two years. The rents include utilities fees. 
	&nbsp;Government Savings Bank is ready to extend loans for the entry fee, Yuthana said. 
	&nbsp;The market now houses 8,875 retail slots.
