Prachai loses another battle

 Chansin Treenuchagron, managing director of Thai ABS Co Ltd and IRPC Oil Co Ltd - two of the subsidiaries, said after the extraordinary shareholder meetings that this resolution would clear confusion among business partners.
 "This resolution would end confusion over the authoritative power, after the registra changed the lists of boards of directors on Feb 7 upon a ruling of the Central Bankruptcy Court. This resulted in the re-appearance of Prachai's group which is against the intention of IRPC, as the major shareholder," he said.
 The shareholders resolved to remove Prachai's Group from the lists.
