OLR brings Oracle Retail to region
OLR, a provider of Oracle Retail solutions and systems integration services, yesterday announced the opening of a regional office in Bangkok to support the Asian retail industry.
Apart from working in Australia, the United States and Britain, the Asia office will serve current and future clients in the region. Established 15 years ago, OLR maintains a large team of Oracle Retail consultants across the globe and is enthusiastic about growth in Asia.
Ian Johnston, who oversees business development for OLR in the Asia-Pacific, said: "We are committed to our expansion and success of retail in Asia. Our new OLR Asia office demonstrates the strength of this commitment and our dedication to partnering with our clients in Asia."
Johnston, who has extensive experience in the international retail industry, previously |worked as president of Retek Asia Pacific.
Tony Allen, Oracle Retail’s senior director for sales and partner alliances in Asia-Pacific and Japan, said Oracle was very excited about OLR expanding its operations in Asia.
