Krungsri Auto to grow assets by 28%

Ayudhya Capital Auto Lease Plc or Krungsri Auto sets to lend Bt127 billion in new loans this year, which will increase its asset size by 28 per cent to Bt190 billion.

The ambitious target was announced, as the hire-purchase company achieved robust loan growth of 34 per cent in 2011.
"The year 2012 is a significant year for Krungsri Auto. The company will differentiate its services and maintain its lead in the industry by delivering superior customer experiences at every contact point, under the concept “The New Experience”, " said Pairote Cheunkrut, managing director.
As total customer base is forecast to be 910,000 by year end, the company is confident that it will maintain the No.1 position in the used car and refinance segments. To achieve the goal, it plans a mobile application to provide loan information and deploys a new technology to help speed up loan application process.  Through cooperation with 800 post offices nationwide, the auto loan application network would be expanded. Meanwhile, the online portal for used car sale would be created. At Bangkok International Motor Show, it will unveil the technology that could shorten loan approval process to 15 minutes.
In 2011, the company comfortably beat its 13 per cent growth target, despite the floods. It reported that less than 1 per cent of customers had problems with installment payments.
