Siam Piwat plans mega development project

Siam Piwat Co Ltd on Tuesday announced a mega mixed-use development project, which will require a total investment of Bt35 billion.
In partnership with CP Group and Magnolia Quality Development Co Ltd, the project, of which master plan is not yet ready, could create a new world-class residential and lifestyle shopping destination, said Chadatip Chutrakul, CEO of Siam Piwat.
The project will be located on a 40-rai land plot on Charoen Nakhon Road.
The three parties today signed the joint venture contract. Siam Piwat will own 50 per cent of the project and 25 each by CP Group and Magnolia.
The construction will start next year for completion in 2015, Chadatip said.
