Cess World claims to be one of such products. Introduced in Thailand by I Innovation for industrial use, it offers a 10-per-cent cut in electricity prices.
Chawit Chaikittisilp, chairman of the advisory board of I Innovation Co, said that the equipment targets small to large corporations.
“We have made the proposal to join the Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency Department’s energy-efficiency enhancement for the industrial sector in flood-affected areas. Under the scheme, funding of maximum Bt1 million each is promised for plants changing their machinery and equipment that can save energy cost by 30 per cent," he said.
Installed close to circuit breakers, Cess World works by activating electric energy, transforming it from several electric loss factors.
