THAI special fares for Songkran Festival

Thai Airways International will increase the number of domestic flights to accommodate additional passenger travel during Songkran Festival 2013. Special promotion fares are also on offer.
Danuj Bunnag , THAI executive vice president, Commercial Department, said that THAI and THAI Smile will increase more than 4,800 seats on THAI and THAI Smile roundtrip domestic flights to Bangkok-Chiang Mai, Bangkok-Phuket, Bangkok-Krabi due to an increase in passenger travel during the water festival.
The Company is offering special one-way domestic fares in Economy Class as part of its “Songkran Celebration 2013” promotion for all domestic flights arriving in Bangkok during April 11-13.
For example, the one-way fare to Bangkok from Chiang Mai starts from Bt1,435, from Phuket at Bt1,605, from Krabi at Bt1,545.
THAI is offering special one-way fares in Economy Class for domestic flights departing Bangkok to all THAI and THAI Smile domestic destinations during 15-17 April 2013, based on the same fares and conditions. The special fare includes airport tax and surcharges with limited seats per flight and conditions may apply. Tickets may be issued during March 30-April 17.
