Kittiratt accused of malfeasance

The Stop Global Warming Association will tomorrow file a petition against Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Kittiratt Na-Ranong for the securing of loan facilities for the water-management scheme.

According to Srisuwan Janya, president of the association, Pongpanu Svetarundra, deputy finance minister, will be included in the petition, to be submitted to the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
They were alleged of malfeasance, for having loan facilities with four banks worth Bt324.6 billion signed despite the Central Administrative Court's order for an injunction to the project.
Srisuwan said that the action would cost damage to the general public, which is in violation of the Constitution's Sections 157, 165, and 250 (2) and (3).
