He said that the borrowing bill debate is slated for later this month, because of a big volume of information to consider. All MPs should have unlimited time to consider the details, he said. 

He also urged MPs of all parties to vote for the bill, saying that the borrowing is necessary for economic development and restoration of foreign investor confidence. 

"I don't want this bill to be a political game. It could rather be the National Assembly's effort in paving way for economic development. Indeed, the projects included were initiated by several governments. I'll do my best in answering all questions of the House Committee and will accordingly amend details of the bill. I'd be truly delighted if the bill wins votes from MPs of other political parties," he said.
