PTT to sell Bt20bn debentures in November
PTT will raise Bt20 billion through unsubordinated and unsecured debentures.
The 7-year bonds will be offered to existing debenture holders and the general public.
Surong Bulakul, chief finance officer of the company, said that PTT Debenture Day will be hosted on November 22 and during November 25-26 at CentralWorld where general public can subscribe to the debentures.
Five banks are underwriting the bond issue - Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank, Kasikornbank, Siam Commercial Bank and Thanachart Bank.
