British supermarket giant Tesco did not include the sale of its Thai business in the cost-cutting plans unveiled yesterday.

According to Reuters, the company plans to sell Tesco Broadband and loss-making video-streaming service Blinkbox to TalkTalk. Advisers were also appointed to explore options for Dunnhumby, a business-analysis firm.

REITs approval

The Office of the Insurance Commission will allow insurance companies to invest in real-estate investment trusts (REITs) and infrastructure funds, said OIC secretary-general Prawet Ongatsitthikun.
