The company has set an ambitious goal of Bt6 billion in revenue within three years.
Suebsak Liewlak, 28, founder of Instant Bizz, said yesterday that judging from his experience in coaching and training in online commerce, the expansion of e-commerce presented a huge opportunity for younger people who want to have their own business.
Suebsak noted that there was room for e-commerce to grow. Euromonitor expects that the Thai retail market will reach US$100 billion (Bt3.38 trillion) next year.
Clothing is popular among local consumers who shop online, followed by gadgets, computer peripherals, and hotel and travel products. Key online channels for such sales are Facebook and Line.
Suebsak said he and his business partners jointly formed the company with Bt1 million in registered capital to provide a one-stop service for e-commerce.
This runs the gamut from training and coaching about how to do business online, preparing potential suppliers and products, providing logistics facilities and services, and warehouse and inventory management, to marketing and public relations support.
The company now has contracts with 14 suppliers of food supplements, cosmetics, skincare products and accessories. These include Viva Cosme, Dr Choice, Dermablanc, Siri, Caring, Mo Chula, Biogrow and Racer.
Suebsak said his company aimed to add five suppliers a month to create more choices for its resellers.
While recruiting new resellers, the company hopes to maintain 10,000 active resellers a month through its seminars and workshops. The company will train these prospects how to use social media to sell the product they are interested in.
Given this strategy and a rise of e-commerce, the company aims to reach Bt6 billion in annual revenue within three years.
He said the next step of his company was to expand into Australia, targeting Thais residing in Sydney.
