Sodexo's marathon man slowing down
It’s a wonder Arnaud Bialecki, country president of Sodexo Thailand, can still find time for his marathon running after his promotion from country manager and elevation in September to regional director for Vietnam and the Philippines.
“Don’t worry, running is still my main job,” Bialecki joked to Biz Buzz recently.
The French executive completed the 42-kilometre Standard Chartered Bangkok Marathon two weeks ago in 4 hours and 43 minutes, his ninth worst time at the Bangkok marathon and 18th worse time overall.
Bialecki explained that the slower time was due to the hot and humid weather, not his busy workload.
