Int'l experts join Bangkok conference

The International Capital Market Conference 2015 has drawn over 300 attendants, including Economics Nobel Laureate Professor Robert C. Merton and experts from the International Monetary Fund.
Professor Merton delivered a speech on financial innovation and futures market.
Hosted by the Stock Exchange of Thailand in cooperation with the IMF, the two-day event was attended by leading financiers in Thailand and neighbouring countries as well as local and foreign fund managers. It was designed as a stage for an exchange of experience in capital-market connectivity.
"This is in line with the exchange's mission to play a greater role in the international level," said SET President Kesara Manchusree.
