Gift/houseware fair set for BITEC from April 19-23
THE 41ST Bangkok International Gift and Bangkok International Houseware Fair (BIG+BIH April 2016) is ready to open its doors to trade visitors from around the world from April 19-23, 2016 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC).
The two longest-established double trade event in Thailand is recognised as the sourcing and trading hub of quality lifestyle products.
BIG+BIH April 2016 will assemble 600 leading manufacturers and exporters from Thailand and Asean to introduce latest collection of design and innovative products being in 1,600 stand booths. The fairs target to account over 1.6 billion baht worth of purchase order.
Being held under the theme “Asean Life+Style”, BIG+BIH April 2016 will put strong emphasis on refreshing idea in creating products to meet global trends and demands.
The five-day event will see the rich displays of products from Thailand and other countries, namely, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. It expects to attract more than 50,000 visitors from around the world.
In 2015, lifestyle product accounted for US$2.77 billion (Bt98.68 billion). As for January -February this year, exports |of lifestyle product scored a total |of $413.10 million (Bt14.68 billion).
