The Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) will list BT Wealth Industries on July 11, under the ticker “BTW”.
The company has a market capitalisation at its initial public offering (IPO) of Bt2.84 billion.
BTW is a holding company invested in Best Tech & Engineering, a core subsidiary making fabricated steel products for large-scale construction projects both inbound and outbound, such as in the mining, energy, gas, and petroleum sectors, said MAI president Prapan Charoenprawatt.
It operates two main businesses: steel-parts fabrication and modularisation. BTW has a paid-up registered capital of Bt378 million
CEO Chotic Russamitinakornkul said the company focused on delivering quality products to customers on time, while developing its production process to meet international standards.
To strengthen financial capability and boost customers’ confidence, the funds raised would be used for renovating its factory in Chon Buri, buying new machinery, and as working capital and debt repayment, he said.
BTW will also invest in three new subsidiaries, which will start operating soon: BT & Owl Solar 1, Global Clean Energy and Best Tech Industries.
