
SC Asset chief executive Nuttaphong Kunakornwong said the expansion into after-sales service and the partnership on the app formed part of the company’s response to the country’s technological upgrade under the government’s Thailand 4.0 policy.
Under its business strategy, SC aims to have more than 16,000 customers who have registered a transfer of ownership by 2019.
Somsak Tianteerawit, SC Able managing director, said: “The company has to ensure that the quality of after-sales service will improve in line with the number of customers. As a result, the company is focusing on after-sales service.” SC Able will manage all home maintenance and repair services at SC projects during the warranty period for a property.
Somsak said the company had established Able Academy as a training centre to develop the skills of handymen and security guards stationed at all SC projects. “This institute will contribute to the quality development of Thai society by upgrading the quality of Thailand’s handymen both in terms of their skills and services,” he said.
The company has high hopes for the Fixzy app developed by its business partner.
“The handymen listed on the app will receive training from Able Academy. SC Able will also ensure a large supply of quality handymen to take care of SC customers and create a new standard for after-sales service in the real estate business in Thailand,” Somsak said.
Ruchvuth Pichayapan, chief executive officer and co-founder of Fixzy Co Ltd, said: “The joint venture with SC Able will further expand our business thanks to the SC customer base, which is set to grow.
“To date, the number of application downloads is over 50,000, with more than 60 per cent market share. “The company provides repair, instalment and maintenance services for water and electrical systems, consumer appliance repairs, structural works and services such as air conditioning cleaning and home cleaning.”
The company is spreading its wings to major regional cities such as Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai and Suphan Buri and plans further expansion to Nakhon Ratchsima, Phuket and Hat Yai
Ruchvuth said: “The company is confident that Fixzy has developed a level of after-sales support that will benefit the residents, project owners and related service providers as well as corporate entities.
“Fixzy will be the key to every solution relating to property technology.”
