The applications &ndash; Money Flow, Billing Flow, Stock Flow, DIP Business Evaluation and DIP Business Plan &ndash; have been available for download free of charge since early this year.&nbsp; 
The department expects to see at least 100,000 downloads of the apps, which have generated around 25,000 downloads to date.
