High-level Thai delegation shows confidence in China’s Foton Motor

Foton Motor, China's biggest commercial vehicle manufacturer, recently welcomed a delegation of top management from the Thai Ministry of Energy, the Board of Investment (BOI), the Federation of Thai industries (FTI), the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), and well-known local energy companies such as PTT Public Co. Ltd. 
The main purpose of the visit was to discuss Foton’s current electric vehicle development process, as well as future technology application trends and cooperation possibilities in the Thai automobile market.
Thailand’s Deputy Energy Minister Gen. Surasak Srisak experienced an electric bus, manufactured by Foton AUV, a leading company in new energy vehicle research and manufacturing field, which is a subsidiary of Foton Motor. 
After visiting the assembly plant and witnessing a comprehensive introduction from Foton’s senior management, the delegation praised Foton’s technology, innovation and manufacturing ability. 
The delegation emphasised that they welcome Foton’s entry and developments in Thailand, and expressed their confidence in the company. 
After this visit, many members of the delegation said they are willing to guide and support Foton in order to carry out business in the Thai market. 
Song Yang, vice president and PR director of Foton International, thanked the delegation for their confidence in Foton. 
"We sincerely cherish the opportunity to communicate with distinguished members of the delegation. Your encouragement has enhanced our confidence to expand our business in Thailand. We will show our commitment for the Thai market by expanding our product range with exciting new models that come with global standards.
