Panasonic rolls out Viera Oled TV

Panasonic has introduced 24 new models under Panasonic Viera 10 series as well as Panasonic Viera Oled TVs.

Panasonic Viera Oled TV delivers incredible black expression and accurate colours in addition to its Hollywood collaboration to realise “True to the Filmmakers’ Vision”.
Hidekazu Ito, Managing Director, Panasonic Siew Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. said at "Panasonic Colour Alive and True Black", an annual audio and visual product launch for 2017, that Panasonic's products have continued to grow and the company has kept developing new products with the latest technology under the key concept "Premium Products with Japan Quality" to meet consumer demands.
"One of the highlights this year is Panasonic Viera Oled TV. It's an innovative combination of master HDR Oled panel and 4K Hexa Chroma Drive Pro, the ultimate visual technology that makes Panasonic distinct from others. Special this year is Panasonic's joint-development with a Hollywood colourist to deliver an accurate cinema experience true to the filmmaker’s vision.
“Panasonic has applied the technology to develop its LED TV models for the best delivery to consumers. For its Home Audio line, the company still concentrates on excellent sound quality to serve every music genre and provides easy connectivity to meet the rising demand for 4K technology. In this respect, Panasonic has rolled out Ultra HD Blu-ray Player to the market," said Ito.
Yosuke Ishikawa Division Head of Consumer Products, Panasonic Siew Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. said the demand for the 4K display will drive the market to enjoy a 140 per cent growth. Panasonic will expand the mid to high end market and set to 10 per cent market share with "Premium Marketing" strategy for its strategic 4K and Oled TV products via its potential dealers and partners. "Japan Quality" for super quality and Panasonic's proprietary 4K Hexa Chroma Drive Pro" technology are key products.
"The line-ups for this year are 24 models of 10 series Panasonic Viera in the range from 32 to 77-inches. Among its key models are Panasonic Viera Oled TV TH-65EZ1000T 65 inches. and 77-inch models. They are offered with the “Color alive” and “True black”. A key feature is the tuning which was created by Hollywood colourlist to deliver breathtaking colour as designed by the filmmakers, Ishikawa said.
Another strength is in its processor engined by 4K Hexa Chroma Drive Pro, which is capable of producing six Colour Reproduction that allow 1 billion accurate colour, extreme Black Expression from zero black level and peak brightness 1000nit / HDR. HEXA AI is a new function that analyses each image, and colours are compensated to match the scene. HEXA Boost can be accessed from a remote control.
Panasonic's Master HDR Oled panel is to help produce even better Oled images. HDR Multi Support helps facilitate the reproduction of HDR (High Dynamic Range) image quality produced from different devices such as a digital camera, a Blu-ray player, to TV broadcast, allowing viewers to enjoy 100 per cent image quality similar to the original pictures and experience image clarity from every viewing angle of the display.
In the design aspect, Panasonic Viera Oled TV comes with Dynamic Blade Speaker Sound Bar, built into the stand base of the TV, capable of producing the best sound being far more dynamic than other TVs. Other 4K models such as EX750, EX600, and ES680 offer adjustable stands for different directions and heights to match different room designs.
In preparation for sales promotion to support the 4K models, Panasonic has set a "4K Double Excite"*campaign from today until September 30 by offering two round-trip tickets to Japan, valued at Bt48,310 per piece, and a 4K Blu-ray player, worth Bt13,990. Those who are interested can pre-order Panasonic Viera Oled TV TH-65EZ1000T from today.
In addition, they can opt for a 0 per cent installment plan for up to 15 months via participating credit cards and enjoy accumulating double points for Club Panasonic and watch movies for two months from MONOMAXXX free of charge.
“For other entertainment products this year, Panasonic unveils new products in the Home Audio groups. For example, in Home Theatre System, new Sound Bar models: HTB18, HTB488, and HTB688 are on the offer. They are stylish to match different sizes of home theater sets, coming with sound quality 3.1 and 2.1 channels, easily connecting with Bluetooth.
“The Micro System line prepares HC400 and HC1000 models which are minimalistic to harmonise with any space and materials that vary in texture to create a sophisticated atmosphere. In addition, they are optimised for mounting on walls. This further increases the flexibility of installation, with multi-point connectivity with many devices.
“The Mini System rolls out Urban Audio UA3, which is easily connected, has six high quality speakers good for indoor and outdoor parties.
“To make watching 4K movie quality the ultimate experience, Panasonic also launches Ultra HD Blu-ray Player UB400, capable of supporting UHD formats from different regions of the world. The player delivers high-quality 4K images, engined by HCX (Hollywood Cinema Experience) processor for Ultra HD Blu-ray ensure truly dynamic and true-to-life images," Ishikawa said.
