Fire Trade Engineering makes IPO to expand operations

Raising funds for business expansion this year and next, Fire Trade Engineering Plc, an importer and distributor of fire equipment, will make an initial public offering of 150 million shares.
Shares will be priced at Bt2.95 per share and offered between July 20-21, and July 24.
The company will trade on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on July 27.
New capital will be used to build a new warehouse in Bangkok and new sales offices in Chiang Mai, Rayong, and Phuket this year. Some funds will be used for cash flow, said the company's managing director, Taksin Tantiphaichit, on Monday.
