Chief executive Chirasak Chiyachantana said on Monday the transaction reflected the firm’s decision to focus solely on its property developments.
He said the company had Bt6.5 billion worth of condominiums under construction, with units already on sale.
It is also increasing its investment in a Bt2.5-billion industrial estate in Lamphun province.
“We want to be a property developer only, and the restructuring requires that our education business be sold to the family,” Chirasak said.
