Mazda sales accelerate in August

Mazda Sales (Thailand) announced on Monday that August sales had maintained strong growth momentum with 4,381 units sold, representing a rise of 23 per cent from the corresponding month last year. 
Market share also increased to 6 per cent, proving that new SKYACTIV features like G-Vectoring Control are winning more customers in the Thai passenger-car market. 
The Mazda2 and Mazda3 models were highly popular during the rainy season, with the Mazda2 securing 2,800 orders – a year-on-year rise of 53 per cent – while 442 units of the CX-5 were the highest monthly sales in 20 months for the model. 
Mazda Sales (Thailand) is continuing its market offensive this month with the “Mazda SKYACTIV DAY”, to be held at its showrooms countrywide for a total of nine days.
