KAsset has released the K-My Funds application, a digital platform that serves as an investment coach.

The app provides investors customised advice using FIT Line together with a recommended investment portfolio, to help investors hit their targets more easily, Vasin Vanichvoranun, KAsset executive chairman, said yesterday.
“The K-My Funds application stands out from its peers because it offers users better access to investment advice from experts,” Vasin said. “It also features a programme that suggests appropriate investment portfolios relative to the investors’ current portfolios, with analysis results shown in the forms of graphics and FIT Lines, which indicate ROI from the investment portfolios as recommended by the application.
“Such investment portfolios have been analysed as appropriate for the risk appetite of our clients.
The K-My Funds application thus serves as an investment coach for investors to monitor and |change their investment formats as they deem appropriate.”
KAsset’s mutual fund customers include around 420,000 unitholders, from the industry’s total of more than 2 million unitholders. The company also has 100,000 other customers via digital channels, for example, K-Cyber Invest and K PLUS, compared with the overall 300,000-400,000 digital channel users in the mutual fund business.
By the end of this year, the company hopes to gain 100,000 K-My Funds customers and to have digital-based AUM at 20 per cent of the company’s aggregate AUM. For 2018, our aims are to have a 30-per cent larger customer base of K-My Funds, and to achieve a 30-per cent digital-based AUM, said Vasin.
