Success of “The Monument Sanampao”, a luxury 86-unit high-rise condominium on Pahonyothin Road with an refined design and a high level of privacy, located in the heart of Bangkok city – near Sanampao BTS station , only five minutes away from the expressway – has been completed as Sansiri anticipates ownership transfer will reach 80 per cent along with a Bt1.3 billion income recognition by the end of this year. Residents are expected to settle in from November 2017 onwards.
Uthai Uthaisangsuk, chief operating officer of Sansiri Plc said that the overall property is differentiated by its living concept “The Monument to Generations”, which reflects the property’s exclusive value as highlighted by its prime location in central Bangkok; the aesthetic design that is comparable to an art masterpiece; as well as the long-term incremental investment value.
Thanks to its prime location, strong demands in the high-end property market, and innovative culture, the project’s average price per square metre has increased from Bt250,000 to Bt270,000, equivalent to an 8 per cent increase within two years, while the property value is standing at Bt1.6 billion.
The return on investment for customers purchasing units at The Monument Sanampao is forecasted to be approximately 4.3 per cent of the pre-sales price. The residents will also be the first group to experience the unmatched convenience offered by Sandee delivery robot, introduced for the first time as part of the property’s innovative culture.
All these spectacular characteristics make The Monument Sanampao a true modern heritage that the urbanites can be proudly passed down from generation to generation.

Loan volume of Krungsri Motorcycle expected to reach Bt14 bn this year

Krungsri Auto, a leader in the automotive finance market under the Bank of Ayudhya, estimates that the lending volume for Krungsri Motorcyle would reach Bt14 billion this year, a year-on-year increase of 8 per cent, fuelled by the steady recovery of motorcycle sales and its impressive half-year performance.
Krungsri Auto also aims to further strengthen its leading position in motorcycle finance.
Kittiya Srisanit, Managing Director of Ayudhya Capital Auto Lease Plc, said “Driven by improved domestic spending, upward trend in agricultural prices and projected gross domestic product (GDP) expansion of 3.8 per cent in 2017, the motorcycle market is expected to see constant growth. For 2017, sales are forecast to grow by 4 per cent year-on-year to 1.8 million units.”
“During the first half of this year, Krungsri Motorcycle loans posted strong growth. The new lending volume is valued at Bt7.5 billion, a year-on-year gain of 15 per cent, outperforming the industry growth of 4 per cent.
This achievement is a result of the recent adjustment of team structure to accommodate rising demands and the expansion of motorcycle dealer networks. Another supporting factor is Krungsri Big Bike’s new lending volume via online platform, posting a spectacular growth of 200 per cent. The success was also attributed to the marketing communication campaign “Big Bike Loy Lom’’. By building brand awareness through content that caters to the unique lifestyle of the new generation who dreams of owning their first big bike, the campaign has generated over 3,000 online applications for Krungsri Big Bike loan,” added Kittiya.
With a strong first-half performance, Krungsri Auto has revised its 2017 lending volume target for Krungsri Motorcycle products to Bt14 billion, representing an 8 per cent year-on-year growth.
“In the fourth quarter, Krungsri Auto will continue to directly serve customers through automotive events nationwide and aims to maintain our leadership in the motorcycle finance market,” she said.

Hardware maker DRT sees boom

Diamond Building Products (DRT) expects the hardware market to recover during the year-end period.
DRT managing director Sathit Sudbanthad noted this week that a large number of homeowners and shop owners have begun carrying out repairs as the rainy season draws to a close.
Their spending is expected to help the market recover during the last two months of the year.
Sathit said the market should be in a better position compared to Q3, which is always low season for the trade as rain slows construction.
“However, we expect less rainfall after October, and this is when many homeowners and shop owners start to renovate their premises,” he said.
Sathit added that the economy is also expected to recover during the year-end period, with positive signals from government projects.
“This has boosted the real estate business, with additional investments being made, while exports are growing as well, leading to a boost in the trade and investment sectors,” he said.
