Most of this month’s newcomers are from Japan, Singapore, the US, South Korea and Germany, with businesses in the retail, accounting adviser, information technology, corporate management adviser, engineering design, and trading sectors, she said.
From January 1 through November 15, the 262 foreign companies registering to do business in Thailand had a combined investment value of Bt7.1 billion, the official added.
Some 319 firms with an investment value of Bt6.4 billion registered in the same period last year.
