Chief executive Toshi Sirichiwanont said Thailand has high growth potential in e-commerce given the time that Thais spend on their mobile phones and their embrace of shopping via their handsets.
“We are meeting the needs of the lifestyle preferences of online shoppers with care, convenience and fast service,” Toshi said. “We had sales of more than Bt300 million in the first haft of this year. And orders through our website www.movefast.shop increased by 400 per cent from last year.”
Aside from the Bt400 million revenue goal from online transactions for this year, the company is aiming for revenue growth of 100 per cent next year. In support of its plans to list on the MAI, the company plans to expand into Vietnam and the United States within three years.

Movefast provides an e-commerce fulfilment platform to support the owners of online brands and their customers with a one-stop service covering digital marketing, sales and order management, fulfilment services and a real-time data tracking supplier portal that enables the brand owners to keep up to date on their operations.
It also offers what it calls conversational commerce, which involves sales with a human touch. The sales team communicates with customers via social media such as Line and Facebook Messenger.
The company says this is a point of difference with other online marketplaces. The chat environment creates a good experience for customers from the outset, said Toshi.
“It means the need of customers can be met by the sales team. This is the key to increasing the efficiency in sales,” Toshi said.
The firm has around 300,000 customers and more than 40 per cent of them are returning customers. It provides products from more than 40 brands via its marketplace in areas such as supplementary food and cosmetics and beauty.
