He added that dtac has set up a working team to monitor network performance around the clock and will deploy mobile vehicles and small-cell antennas to boost capacity at key locations holding New Year’s events across Thailand.
In addition to network teams on standby throughout the festive season, Prathet said the dtac call centre was available to provide customer assistance 24 hours a day on 1678.
