PREMCHAI OFFLOADS BT189.7M IN SHARES

A former director of Italian-Thai Development Plc (ITD), Premchai Karnasuta, has sold 71.17 million shares in ITD for about Bt189.76 million, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand reported yesterday.


The holdings were sold at between Bt2.27 and Bt2.87 per share, from July 2018 to March 5, in 23 transactions, the report showed.
