All new appointees are based in Hong Kong.

In Australia, CLSA has reinforced its domestic research team with the appointments of Ben Brownette and Lee Power as industrial research analysts. Both joined from Deutsche Bank.

Shaun Cochran, Group Head of Research, commented on Adrian’s appointment: “Adrian is a world-class strategist. His vision is closely aligned to ours; together we aim to create a differentiated strategy research offering with timely actionable ideas for investors. I am genuinely excited to undertake this journey with him and look forward to releasing the first new strategy product soon.”

Commenting on CLSA’s commitment to Institutional Equities, Rick Gould, CEO of CLSA Group, said: “These senior research appointments reaffirm our undivided commitment to the institutional equities’ business and the continued growth of CLSA’s unique research brand.
