Gulf CEO Sarath adds to his stake in the company
The chief executive officer of Gulf Energy Development (Gulf), Sarath Ratanavadi, purchased one million shares of his company on April 14, according to a report of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He bought the shares at Bt175 apiece totalling Bt175 million.
As of last month, he held a 35.44 per cent stake in the company.
