Chevron receives two innovation awards at SPE Thailand E&P Awards 2025/2026

Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. received two innovation awards at the SPE Thailand E&P Awards 2025/2026. Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. received two innovation awards at the SPE Thailand E&P Awards 2025/2026, organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Thailand to recognize excellence and achievement in Thailand's petroleum exploration and production industry. Chevron's Total Wellhead Platform Reuse project was named the winner, while its Asset Retirement Factory project was named second runner-up. The Asset Retirement Factory is a systematic operating model for managing the retirement and removal of petroleum facilities. These projects demonstrate Chevron's use of technology and innovation to support energy development in the Gulf of Thailand while improving efficiency, optimizing costs and reducing carbon intensity.

Representing Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. at the SPE Thailand E&P Awards 2025/2026 were Mr. Surat Thurachen, Vice President, Assets and NOJV; Mr. Pannawat Nilkitsaranont, Vice President, Facilities Engineering; Mr. Thanairat Anantachote, Vice President, Wells; and Mr. Surachai Pongsuthana, Vice President, Asset Retirement. The company received two innovation awards at the event.
