Sika Thailand Advances Professional Tiling Skills Through Thailand Pro Tiler 2026

Sika Thailand held the final round of “Thailand Pro Tiler 2026 — The Ultimate Professional Tiling Competition” on 16 October 2026 in Khon Kaen. 

 

Khun Katarina Lucic, General Manager, and the management team attended to encourage all 30 finalist teams, who competed for prizes worth more than THB 270,000 in total and the opportunity to represent Thailand at the 13th Sika World’s Best Tiler Competition in Shanghai, China, in January 2027. The event reflects Sika’s commitment to developing the skills of professional tilers as a vital foundation for construction quality.

From Bootcamp to the Competition Finals

The journey began with Bootcamp in June, where Sika provided theoretical and practical training for more than 100 tilers before selecting 30 teams for the finals. The final round raised the challenge with tasks designed to simulate real working conditions. Contestants had to combine technical skills, precision, teamwork, and on-the-spot problem-solving under pressure to deliver work that met the required standards within the allotted time.

Sharing her hopes for Thailand’s representatives, Katarina said, “Whoever wins has every reason to be immensely proud of themselves. Of course, it would be wonderful to perform well, but whatever the outcome, I sincerely hope we can show the world what Thai tilers are capable of.”
