Board approves World Corp’s purchase of Patong land
World Corporation’s board has approved a budget of Bt1.8 billion for the acquisition of 52 rai (8.3 hectares) of land at Phuket’s Patong beach, chief executive officer Chirasak Chiyachantana said on Monday.
The listed company plans to develop a five- or six-star hotel and premium residential projects on the land, which will drive its financial growth for the long term, he added.
