PM not to attend Apec Summit

Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra on Tuesday said she would designate Deputy Prime Minister Kittiratt Na-Ranong to attend the Apec Summit in Honolulu, Hawaii, from Saturday to Monday.
Yingluck said she was obligated to resolve the flood crisis. She also said she would have to review the situation before deciding whether to attend the Asean Summit in Jakarta next week.
