With the share offering representing about 12.9 per cent of the company, Zynga would be valued at around 9 billion dollars.
Zynga first filed its IPO plans in July when analysts had expected the company to be valued between 15 million dollars and 20 million dollars. However, the European debt crisis and market volatility forced the company to lower its price range. The shares come up for sale on Friday.//DPA
