The criteria were announced a meeting of the committee yesterday presided over by Justice Minister Pracha Promnok. Retailers will get up to Bt360,000 and major businesses (defined as owners of damaged buildings, shops or businesses in which over Bt2 million had been invested) will get up to Bt1 million or 25-50 per cent of the real damages.
