Wall St ends up on ECB bond buying program

Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 244.52 points, or 1.87 per cent, to close at 13,292.00,its best close since December 2007 after European central bank agreed to new unlimited bond-buyings to lower euro zone nations' borrowing costs.

S&P 500 soared 28.68 points, or 2.04 per cent to 1,432.12, the highest finish since January 2008.
Nasdaq surged 66.54 points, or 2.17 per cent to 3,135.81, best close in 12 years.
All key S&P sectors closed in positive territory, led by financials and materials shares.
