At a hearing yesterday, Yoswarit said he regretted his behaviour and promised not to join any rallies. He also vowed not to jump bail.
He said he had written letters of apology to Constitution Court judges and published apologies in Matichon and Khaosod from September 14-16 and told other red-shirt detainees not to behave in an offensive manner in court.
Court revoked Yoswarit’s bail on August 22 after he attacked Constitution Court judges and releasing their family members’ phone numbers on stage at a red-shirt rally. His bail request on September 5 was rejected. He faces terrorism charges for actions in 2010.
