Wall St ends up

U.S. stocks closed up across the board on finance shares amid ongoing "fiscal cliff" talks
Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 59.75 points, or 0.45 percent, to end at 13,311.72,
S&P 500 added 7.88 points, or 0.55 percent, to close at 1,443.69.
Nasdaq composite gained 6.03 points, or 0.20 per cent at 3,050.39.
All key S&P sectors turned positive, led by banks and telecoms.
